Selling Process

Below is the suggested selling process that can be used when selling your kitchen.

Selling Process:

1. You, as the seller, agree that the information entered about your advertised product is true and correct as you understand them and that it is the responsibility of the purchaser to inspect the product should they wish to ensure the materials and condition of the products suit their requirements.

2. It is important that the seller give the purchaser all correct information about the kitchen over the phone that is asked for, prior to the purchaser making an appointment to inspect the kitchen.

3. It is determined by the seller that the kitchen that is being advertised, is done so because it is deemed in good condition and able to be reused. (i.e.: there is no apparent water damage, the product looks structurally sound and that it works as intended). The seller however makes no guarantees of this and the purchaser is encouraged to inspect the product prior to purchase prior to making an offer.

4. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to organise for the kitchen to be dismantled and transported and that once the purchaser begins to be removed that it becomes the property of the purchaser.

5. It is the responsibility of the seller to ensure that the kitchen has been cleared of items prior to pick up to save time

6. It is the sellers responsibility to ensure all electrical and plumbing are disconnected, including the gas, hot water unit, fuse box, etc.... However, for safety reasons, it is the purchasers responsibility to ensure this has been done prior to beginning to remove the kitchen.

7. It is the purchaser responsibility to be carefull when removing the old kitchen and/or other products however it is not their responsibility to repair floors, walls or ceilings should they be damaged when removing the old kitchen and/or other products. It is not the responsibility of the purchaser to remove any additional building waste, such as render, plasterboard, wall tiles etc.

8. We recommend a purchaser pay a deposit of 20% to order the kitchen. Payment in full must be made before the products removal by either bank cheque or cash unless otherwise agreed by the seller.

9. We ask the Seller to be careful of any unusal payment requests, from people posing a Buyers, that are different to the recommended payment terms shown above.Identify Scams.
